The delivery of goods is handled by DSV MITJAVILE in France Metropolitan (*outside Corsica and areas considered remote or isolated such as high-altitude resorts and islands).

The bottles are delivered in reinforced cardboard boxes, made from recycled and recyclable materials and are reusable. They have undergone rigorous tests that guarantee the protection of the bottles during transport.

Package 12 bottles: 30,00 € TTC

Fixed price 30 bottles: 53,00 € TTC

Instruction for delivery
The customer is responsible for the validity of the information provided for the smooth running of the delivery.
The information of the mobile phone number is mandatory. In the event of a change of address, the Customer is requested to inform CHÂTEAU SIRAN in writing. If the order has already been dispatched, the forwarding costs will be charged to the Customer.
Method of delivery
The customer will be informed of his delivery the day before by SMS (mobile phone number mandatory when sending). In case of absence at the time of delivery, the delivery will be made to a parcel relay (maximum 6km from the address). The customer will then be informed of the location of the relay parcel by SMS. This service is included in the price. The Customer will have 8 days to pick up his package. Beyond 8 days, the parcel will be returned to CHÂTEAU SIRAN, at the expense of the Customer.
Mandatory checks on delivery
We will do our best to ensure a perfect delivery according to your instructions, however, if you notice any anomaly, please indicate it immediately on the carrier’s slip. Do not hesitate to take photos, then contact us on 05 57 88 34 04 to enable us to remedy it as soon as possible. Any claim made after the fact will not be taken into account.
Delay of delivery
Wines are shipped within fourteen (7) working days from the payment of the order. The delivery date can be given as an indication and cannot be guaranteed. The Customer will be informed in case of delay, beyond 30 days of delay, a cancellation of his order with reimbursement may be proposed.
